1. Information Collection: UHL Hosting collects contact details (name, email, phone), payment information, usage data, and technical information (IP address, browser type) to provide and improve our services.

2. Data Usage: The collected data is used to deliver and operate the services, to bill for them, to respond to enquiries, and to meet legal obligations. We send commercial email only to customers about services they hold, or to people who have explicitly asked to hear from us, and every such message carries an unsubscribe link.

Data Sharing: Your data is processed by the subprocessors named on our Subprocessors page - Hetzner for infrastructure, Stripe for payments, Openprovider for domains - and is disclosed to authorities only where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data and we do not pass contact details to third parties for their own marketing.

4. Assessments and Tools: Answers given in the Systems Assessment are held in your browser and are not transmitted to us unless you choose to submit the form at the end. If you do, we use the contact details to send your result and to answer the enquiry, and for nothing else.

5. Your Rights: Under Swiss data protection law and the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, object to, and restrict the processing of your personal data.

6. Data Security: We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
